More about Joan Duffy

A nationally recognized real estate professional, Joan Duffy presently serves as the Director of the Estates Division at Coldwell Banker Realty. Having amassed more than 2 billion in career sales, Joan is revered amongst her peers as an industry leader and boasts an unrivaled understanding of the Los Angeles Valley—inclusive of Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Toluca Lake and Encino—as well as countless neighborhoods across Los Angeles.

As a former home builder with a thorough background in architecture and a passion for design, Joan leverages her knowledge with Coldwell Banker Realty’s end-to-end technology platform to best serve clients, both buyers and sellers. She brings an unparalleled commitment, sensitivity to client needs and top-notch problem-solving skills to every transaction, ranking her second to none when it comes to customer service and client satisfaction. Over the years Joan has assembled an all-star team she works closely with to help support her commitment to giving personal attention to every aspect of the negotiation.

Along with her distinguished career in real estate and her impeccable record, Joan has also developed strong ties to the Los Angeles community, specifically within the entertainment industry. With two sons in the film industry, Joan is no stranger to the sensitive nature and necessary discretion that is required when negotiating deals with elite members of the entertainment industry. Prior to getting into real estate, Joan was a passionate high school teacher and social worker.

Joan is a member of the CB Cares Foundation which benefits several local Los Angeles charities. She is also actively involved in the Kipsongo Project, a non-profit organization that is working to improve the lives of the people living in the Kipsongo area in Western Kenya. With the help of people like her, the Kipsongo project helps to connect artisans to the global market's members so they can sell their goods and provides loans to them to start businesses of their own.
